Can 165 chips be remapped

hello i have a 165 chip and was wondering can it be remapped to 195 spec, its a Ahmed Bayjoo chip

I think they can Richard, you need to find a tuner with the appropriate equipment. Not too sure how much scope there is to re-map them though :-?
