Can a 1.6si be tunned (rolling road)
IM convinsed my si is lacking in power.
I was thinking of getting rolling road, set up, tunned etc.....
Can this be done on a si because someone told me you c ant tune/set up si's.
Any advice would be great.

Apart from a good service - fluids and filters, clean the inlet, etc, there's practically nothing that can be done electronically to the Si without remapping the management.
Why not look at fitting the tuning parts from the 115/130PS zetecs, e.g. cams, throttle body, 1800 MAF, ECU, etc?

nor did i other wise harly anyone would transplant a 2 litre, they would just uprate cams and TB and be done with it

it dosnst work well and costs huge amounts of dosh ! so if ur looking at spending that much its way cheaper just to transplant a 2 litre moddy lump into it ! surely ????
