Can any 1 help me plz !!!!!!!!!!
hi i hav a xr2i 1.6 cvh and just wanted 2 no if a 1.8 cvh cylinder head off a sierra will fit on 2 a 1.6 cvh block if not wil it fit on a 2.0 zetec block

I've been told it won't fit not sure why as i could of had a 1.8cvh head new but was told that they woul't fit the 1.6 block as the 1.8 and the 1.6 bottom ends are very different

maybe thats all he could get? i dunno its not like it flows any better than a boggo 1600 one (afaik its the same one, but dont hold me to that)
You can make a cvh head fit a zetec bottom end its quite a popular conversion. most call it the ZVH and its normally turbo'd but a few months back there was an article in FF about making an N/A zvh (which i think kinda defeats the point of the conversion but still)

I too was under this impression bbut have to be honest I've only had very limited experience with the 1.8 CVH Sierra lump
