Hi was wuder if anyone could tell me how to remove wires from the plugs if people no what I mean

I need to remove them from the fog light wiring

iv used a wee ponted awl before and in sure if you look in from the plug side not the wire side ,they just push out if you get the wee tab on them but they do break as well if you push to hard
