can some1 help please

i have a set of 40mm lowering spring for a mk3 fiesta and was woundering if they would fit on a 1997 Ka. i have compared the spring and the backs are the same but not 100% sure on the front springs.
does any1 no or could help me with this?? or is the best thing to do is just try them??
