can you tell me what this is?

right im building a mk1 fiesta turbo with a frst set up..im on a quite a learning curve..theres loads of bits im missing as i just bought a engine a loom and a bare shell.im regularly lookking for parts nd came across this the other day..

can anyone tell me what it is

part of the abs brakes just take it of and chuck it away

As said abs modulators they usually connect up to the driveshaft via a rubber belt , totally pants sap power and being honest you get a better pedal feel without the abs

As said just bin them :P
