CAN YOU TURBO A FIESTA 2 LITRE ZETEC 1994 MODEL?

hi i have a fiesta si 1995 mk3 with a 1994 mondeo 2 litre 16 valve engine in it but 1.6 injectors and ecu.someone told me i can bolt a small turbo straight on without any damaging affect,is this true and how long would it last? apparently the zetec engines were built very strong and can cope with the extra pressure?

in short no, its not that simple, especially if you have the 1.6 fuelling the 2.0, it would run ean and melt a piston first time you put your foot down
