Car Audio shops round southwest london?
Hey, does anyone know of any car audio shops around south west london?
I'm around kingston so the closer, the better.
I dont wana go to halfords because theyre to expensive. The model of stereos im looking to buy are the new sony CDX-GT range. Specifically the CDX-GT410U that has front aux and usb aswell.
I could get it cheaply on ebay, or go to bassboys audio place. But thats all the way in Hayes.

Try websites like caraudiosecurity.com. They'll be cheaper, even with postage. But if you want it really cheap, get on Ebay!
http://search.ebay.co.uk/search/search.dll?cgiurl=http%3A%2F%2Fcgi.ebay.co.uk%2Fws%2F&fkr=1&from=R8&satitle=gt410u&category0=
I've just got a GT610U off there.

I've been to the car audiosercurity website. But the place in hayes is abit of a reach for me.
I've checked out the ones on ebay. And i do agree, they are quite cheap. So too is amazon. But if i could find a place where i could buy it in person, it would be much better.
I'd rather pay 1 or 2 pounds more, to go to a shop and buy it, instead of buying it online and waiting for the post man.
I get to anxious waiting for post to arrive, it does my head in!
one other thing, you mentioned you also bought a GT610U? Whats the difference between all the GT models? Are there any features on it that are really worth paying more money for? Because i cant really see what features justify paying more money on a particular range etc..

GT610U was better for me because in my new install I'm going to be running all the speakers off an amp and 2 subs. The GT410U/414U only have one set of RCA outputs whereas the GT610U/616U have 2 sets of RCA outputs (Front and Rear) and dedicated sub out. You can only pass the signal through 1 amps iirc, and as I'll have 3 amps I need the outputs.
Plus, I think it looks nicer. But of course that's down to taste.
