Given the amount of information you've given us (!) I can only assume it is running lean, running rich, gearbox mount, engine mount, clutch, clutch cable, driveshaft, cv joint...............................................

Yeah, Like it's all in the details dude  ... or lack of faiirly large details like.. What engine/car is it?.. did you have the engine re-built or is it from the local scrappy? did you have it running/driving in the previous car to know whether it had a problem before the swap over??

The more info you give, the better chance you have of someone being able to help :D

Hi,

You say was a 1.1 is now a 1.6? Questions, the answers to which may help someone to help you:

Which engine is it: (it could be one of many sensors, but each engine has it's own sensors)
What clutch/Gear Box Have you tied to engine:
What running gear have you used: (You've moved from 1.1 to 1.6) this must have changed
What loom have you used:
What fuel rail and injectors are you using:
What clutch:
and on and on and on.

There are more than one 1.6 and more than one of everything mentioned above and more than that. Did you buy the car ot MOD it yourself, if you did it you should know all that went in to it

As above, but I also think that you should have a look at the engine and gearbox mounts too.Didi you replaced the fuel pump also?Because if you still have the 1.1 pump, the engine won't have the right amount of fuel needed, and you could have problems soon...
