That's pretty funny! But saying that I may give it a go just for the sheer hell of it.
I was only going to rattle can mine anyway as going to be through a few gravel traps I imagine so it's a toss up of which pikey method costs me less to do again and again and again...

Re: Car painted with roller... stunning result - no joke.
I painted my old Metro using a paintbrush.
Prep work involved pressure washing the car (first time in two years it was washed), and then drying it with an old bath towel.
Step 1: Apply black tractor paint with a paintbrush.
Step 2: Mask up, using A-Team van as inspiration.
Step 3: Paint stripe using red exterior house paint.
Step 4: Enjoy your final year at uni as your £125 car becomes a cult icon.

Paul added the tears...I think the ZT was supposed to be feeling left out over there!
Michael - It looked bloody brilliant for the first couple of months! Sadly, being subjected to the student life (being parked near student halls etc, being thrown up on/walked over/having chips and coleslaw hurled at it/getting keyed) it died a cosmetic death of sorts, but it was the perfect car for being abused by drunkards!
