be about 130bhp, get an engine for about £300 from your local scrappie. u and a haynes manual will have it in a weekend.
U will need - bar a trolley jack, engine hoist.Make sure you get all the metric sizes, a decent 1/2" rachet, 1/4", allen keys, and Torx bits
oh yeah expect a wierd size spanner for the power steering unions -
PS Check if its a genuine 130ps by the throttle body - the butterfly should be basically the full width of the throttle body. (around 60mm or something as apposed to your Si's 30mm)
You will have to disconnect the power steering as the pumps mounted to the engine.
Put the car on axle stands, connect the engine to the hoise, disconnect the engine mounts *careulkly* and remove the gearbox cradle.
lower the engine to the floor (watch the gear selection rod dosent foul) - disconnect the engine hoist and hoist the whole car up via the front crossmember and slide the engine out from underneath.
hope this helps

your car is always going to be a modified 1100 in the insurance companies eyes - and will be insured as a modified car
I think some fo the specialist firms will actually insure it as a standard RS1800 (the price level if you get me)
