can some1 explain how it works,i dont understand where the cooled charge air goes,can some1 please help.:???:

Airfilter-Turbo-Chargecooler unit-Engine..

Its just a radiator inside a sealed tank, as the air goes over/through the fins in the tank and its cooled..
