People how would I go about chipping my xr2i not looking for massive power gains I just want to sort some of the flat spots thanks in advance !!

Its that standard low milage grey car you have yes if it was me id spend the 100/200 you would pay for a chip on a top end decoke its 20 quid for a decoke kit and a tenner or so for a belt add another tenner for some new head bolts thats under a bullseye and you will be able to do the job its a worthwhile thing to do to a car as standard and good condition as yours
it will help mate have you had a look at your spark plugs ,,just because you said it had flat spots your plugs will tell u where to look

Yes it is my low miler the years of sitting really didn't help. It's had the radiator flushed three times and Still needs another flush out to get it properly. Same with the oil it had sludges everything up so is going to get flushed again

Take the sump off and clean the pick up pipe prob a lot of s**t in the sump as well
