Chip to suit Piper-X ?

Postby Mr Jungle on Thu Jun 06, 2002 10:54 am

I know all the principles behind air/fuel tuning, just would like your opinions on my going ahead on....

Im thinking about changing my Piper-X induction kit back to original box 'n' panel filter as the piper kicks back @6K Rpm, from what i asume is to much air and not enough fuel.

Or should i just get that chip in and mapped up to suit air/fuel mix?As this might provide more fun. Im not wanting heavy mods see, just a better pickup, less flat spots and keeping that induction roar :D
