u can go for whatever chip u want to m8...all this phase stuff is about the different levels the chip is set to....for example, u can get a 195bhp chip which is good for nething around the 200bhp mark (sets the fuel appropriatly for bigger injectors), then theres other chips as well going all the way to 250+bhp which chuck in loads more fuel, rev limiter raised, and all levels increased so the management is able to run that much power....u still need all the engine components so that the engine can produce the power dont forget!

what mods have u got on the motor? if its not too modded, then i would say go for a 195chip (aka Phase 1 i think) with bigger injectors so u know the fuelling will be sorted and u'll have no probs there

BTW, is it an ERST or FRST?

When modding you can never say (is all i have to do)..

I started that... Bigger injectors, then bigger fuel pump... then lumpy cam, then bigger wheels, then then then

It just keeps going.. Until my motor started going the wrong way when the bottom end started going... now i'm saving for a bigger 2.1 ZVH engine

Ian...is a 2.1ZVHG some next type of engine????

gooner boy, as for the other mods that u can do...the list is practically endless...u can keep on going and going until u have no money left! and there will still be room for£000's worth of modifications left to do...i guess it all depends on how much u love ur speed..?

if u aint into ur speed alot, i would personally say, go for the intercooler, chip, bigger injectors and a -31 actuator and u'll be laughing m8! also make sure the boost is set to around 14psi

Best bet is to read the tuning article on the site, it explains everything you need to know there.
