Chipping a FRST

CVH and Zetec tuning, suspension and braking mods.

at the moment ive got a near standard FRST. its a H reg, Green air filter and oil breather, 3inch stainless steel exhaust with a 4inch rolled tailpipe(fitted by last owner so dont know what make) and a bleed valve. Untill last week it was running 10psi(as set by the last owner) its now running a standard 6psi. As soon as ive cleared my overdraft (by selling my 205GTi) i intend to get my car chipped (probably by Castle performance - just up the road from me).
Now on to the question, is it possible to have a switch inside the car that allows me to have the car running at 6psi for normal duties and every now and again flip it into higher boost, say 13-14psi, to have a little fun.
Any replies would be apprecated.
