I wouldn't push a Std head gasket too far. Remember a turbo charged car tries to "lift" the head off the block, so i would recommend new Ford head bolts as well as a decent "uprated" head gasket.
The problem is you DO NOT get a WRC type (cossie type upgrade) head gasket on the Fiesta.
I have a Nordic (no longer trading) "up-rated" head gasket on my car and this is doing very well with 13 psi.
Felpro seem to be the "latest" up-graded head gasket manufacturer........give them a try
