CIS Insurance Never Fail To Amaze Me

Postby ju575 on Thu Feb 08, 2007 2:21 pm

Got a renewal through this morning for my car insurance on the 1.1i

£867.97 :x

Now admitidly I've had a claim against me (no damage to either car though just "whipla$h") but i didn't pay that at 17, yet alone 21 with a clean drivers license  I'm paying only a few hundred more on my XR2 and thats like 10 groups higher or something with all its mods declared

So anyone recommend some good insurance companies?

cis are great!!!! NOT lol

they would not insure me on a 1.8 105ps conversion in my fiesrta but would insure a t3'ed 1600 CVH turbo conversion that is speced to 200bhp!

like duh, how the heel does that work????

well would you like to know...............

its all about cubic capacity and not BHP! they will not even consider a car or transplant above 1600 till you are 25, and now they no longer accept any modified cars as new policies!
