Cleaning Cross Over Pipe

Hi, Im looking to give the engine bay a good clean up. I was wondering what people use to clean the cross over pipe? Its a standard cross over pipe (not polished/chrome). Thanks Andy.

before i polished mine i took it off an used a fine wire wheel in a drill an it used to come up nice

brake cleaner does a good job but for best finish get it sand/bead blasted will come up like new mate
