Im guessing you want to adjust this Ant.

http://www.google.co.uk/search?hl=en&si ... B800%3B600

Think screwing the sensor in more is gonna add more and un screwing it is gonna be the oppisite

Unless you to a gas analyser I wouldn't mess with it, if you adjust it wrong your make it too rich or too lean and cause damage, best off popping into a mot station and have them hook it up to there machine and adjust it or you.

Also if the car is chipped, or was chipped, it could of been altered during a mapping session.

One other thing, if the car is under performing and not fuelling correctly, it might not be down to the co2 pot adjustment, could be a dying fuel pump, or another issue

As jay has said I wouldn't mess with co2 pot without having a way to check the fueling , rolling road. Wideband lambda , mot emission probe . Are some of the ways of doing it , pretty sure it's not expensive to have ya fueling checked and adjusted. I'm not sure if he's still in business but from memory jano from oddkidcreations can do this at a very reasonable rate but depends where your located...

I wouldn't go fiddling with it untill u can check what your doin to the map

As stated fella, DONT go willy nilly adjusting the C/O...mine had been tuned and the Tuner had noted on the report "unable to adjust co"...

Well guess what...NO chip, reckon they had it setup with chip, then removed before sale, and noted it as a fault to cover the seller who i reckon had advertised it !as chipped".....I wernt that soppy

CHECK your ECU aint chipped 1st as normally if co cant be adjusted its due to chipping/setup...

Alos the pot's fail, and just be sure there is a clear voltage supply to it..

Oh and aint the RS youve bought the one off ebay..needs rear arch's an that??

Chears guys I've been out haveing a look about and the screw on the co2 pot is lose as in if you shake it it wobbles back and forward [ERRR] it do that I'm guessing not lol
It looks like it had a chip as there is gaffa tape on ecu but no chip
And its of eBay but arches are ok passenger abit scabby but drivers is mint had a lot of welding done to it but guy culdent get it running properly he had turned the for right down so there was no preshure at all it jut came up fuel line Thu the injection rail and strail back down again so replaced the regulator and now it runns better but if thotle is pressed hard it trys cutting out and it used a 5 ers worth of fuel in 10 min on tickover

was it a frst fuel reg mate as they have adjustment on the top ,i know its new but might not be right id check that with a gauge as well and again dont mess with the co pot ,
if its shaking buy a new one, that works . put a meter on the pins and turn it if the meter moves at least u know it works set it half way on the meter and it gives u a decent place to start

All the co2 pots are the same on the cvh efi engines, although the settings might differ slightly but you can get one off a efi xr2i or a efi xr3i
