Who has told you that about the alarm?

Yes, I've heard some people say it too, but often you will find it's down to the person who fits it. Get someone who knows what they're doing to fit it, and generally you won't have a problem.

the owner of one of the best ICE and car security companies in my area

ive read quite alot about cliffords being crap, and youre just paying for a big brand name like nike or adidas.

complete s**t.

clifford are THE best alarm, just depends on who fit's it.

the owner of the best ice and car security company in the area probably
has a deal on scorpion and cobra, clifford are well known in the trade as not doing deal's the have a standard price on supply to the trade.

everybody i know with clifford alarms (10+) have NEVER had a problem with them, cant comment on other alarms though

a mate has had 7 different alarms on his car (skyline) and finaly settled with a clifford and he's a fussy c**t :Q

hope this help's

the bloke quoted me something like £375 supply + fit a clifford 650 with certificate which i thought was suspiciously cheap.

its mostly the clifford 300's ive heard as being unreliable though

Had a cobra alarm on my XR2i and it went faulty and caused havoc.

Got a Clifford 650 fitted on the RS for £350 and it is spot on. They are definately the best alarms available.

i thought that the 650's are worth more than £350 when bought new from most shops let alone including fitting and an insurance fitting cert.
