Coil overs

Right, got some H+R Coil overs, anyone know the standard spring rating on these or know how i can find this out? would it be possible to fit avo springs to these as it doesnt look like h+r do different spring ratings? do they do a self rebuild kit? what would be the best way of preventing the threads corroding up without covering them in sludge i.e can they be zinc coated and not cause problems when adjusting the height?

Cheers Sam

Have no idea about the standard spring rate, but would think that any springs of the correct diameter would be fine.

As for the anti-corrosion try ACF 50, my dad uses it on his motor bikes and swears by it as does the US navy who use it on their jets to prevent corrosion
