coilover probs

Postby martyc on Tue Jul 18, 2006 9:59 pm

just won a pair of front coilovers on fleabay
http://cgi.ebay.co.uk/ws/eBayISAPI.dll? ... %3AIT&rd=1
but i've noticed the arb drop link lugs are missing. i asked the seller and he said they were removed as they limited spring lengths and he didn't run an arb as it was for a hot rod. what i wanna know now is what is the best course of action to take?
should i a) remove arb
B) make some sort of bracket that bolts onto to hub to connect to the drop links
c)reattach a bracket to the struts, although i'm worried bout heat damage if i weld a brack back on.
any help would be appreciated, thanx, marty.
