Coilover Spring Rates

Postby alanf_uk2002 on Mon Sep 14, 2009 5:32 pm

Hi

My FRST has coilover shock absorbers but the ride is too harsh, particularly as the roads I travel on are bumpy B roads and it skips about all over the place.

Can anyone recommend a spring rate (front and back) that’s a good compromise between comfort and handling?

Cheers
Alan
