Coilover spring swapping

Im after some softer springs for my avos and was wondering if anyone could recommend a certain poundage? Also what are they as standard and what length are the springs? As burton power lists 2 1/4" ID springs starting from 120 lbs upto 500ilbs and with lengths from 8" to 12" dont wanna take me springs off really if someone already knows etc :D
