I was wondering if anyone can give me some advice on spraying my rear clusters. Iam planning on giving them a good covering in white spray paint but:
can they look good and be legal?

i think that you can spray then in white or same colour as ur car as long as the lights can shine through from the brakes and etc! it all depends on how much u apply!

rub all the markings (ford parts codes etc) off from the bottom right/ left corner with quite heavy sand paper.
rub down the whole cluster with a fine sand paper and then wet wet/dry paper.
Heat the clusters up with either a hair dryer or even put them in the oven for a bit (this creates a good surface 2 paint on, u can heat the surface up with a hair dryer between each layer to)
VERY light layers of whatever colour u want.
rubbin down lightly between each coat.
wen u'v got it how u like, lightly rub down with wet an soapy wet/dry paper.
laquer, rubbin down with wet an soapy wet/dry paper between each coat (2 or 3 or how ever shiny ya want)
remember to lightly spray the laquer on and not 2 close or else it feks up! in very light layers.
if ur worried bout how much light shines through get sum uprated bulbs.
There :bonkers:
