Re: Complete Upgrade For 1.1
I would change the wiring loom over from the Diesel to save hassle, although we arent going to bother doing that on mine.
Best suspension, arb, brakes your will get some standard is either the MK3 RS Turbo / RS1800 or the MK3.5 Fiesta Si / RS1800

Re: Complete Upgrade For 1.1
breaking a diesel mk3 soon and going to use the powersteering rack and the pump to add PAS.
I will put diesel mondeo brakes on the front (278mm) and maybe if wheels are big enough go to 300mm from mk3 mondeo's.
Looking at 5 spoke mondeo wheels in 16'' form and i know they take 300mm calipers and discs.
what rear beam do i need to go twin rear ARB

standard beam can be used, its just a case of getting longer bolts for each side and how to mount it

Re: Complete Upgrade For 1.1
ok guys.
Im fitting mondeo calipers from a 2.0 to my gfs mk3.
Going for mk3 mondeo 300mm calipers and 170 discs on my 1.8d
what rear anti roll bar should i go for so i can twin it on mine and my gf's mk3?
im guessing go for koni shocks on my gf's mk3 and i want coilovers for my 3.5
rear and front strut bar definate right?
what front anti roll bar should i go for, for my 3.5 and my gf's mk3?
rear sturt braces?? xr2i parts?
Can i fit mk3 front hubs to my 3.5 so i can use mk3 suspension i.e coilovers or koni's?
both going for xr2i kits
im going to go for mondeo 5 spokes in 16 inch form. gf has 15''s on atm
