hi peoples,

could someone give me a quick run down on the parts i will need to convert my 2i to a stage 3 rst. so far i know ill need

pistons low comp
turbo + manifold
701 beige injectors
uprated fuel pump

thats as much as i know, if any one could give me a helping hand on what else ill need ill be most appreciative.

front mount intercooler
associated pipe work.
charge carrier.
not sure if the 2i loom has a MAP sensor so it may need an ofab/ofac loom as well.

also its not as easy as just bolting it all on. the block will need tapping for oil feeds and returns. and as you said stage three i think the radiator will need moving forward to accomodate for the bigger turbo. also once thats all been done itll need remapping by a good tuner in order to get anything worth anything out of it.

so it will probably be easier to sell my 2i and get a rst instead?

What do you mean stage 3 :-? As 701 beige injectors are for stage 2. You will need ecu loom front mounted intercooler uprated head, stage 2+ gearbox, AP paddle clutch, bigger brakes

Yes as insurance is higher on converted car's

so what injectors are needed for a stage 3?
do you have a rough guess-timation of how much i will be looking at?

Stage 3 would be a full re-mapped ecu so it would be down to the tuner when you say stage 3 what bhp are you looking for?
