converting xr2i cvh into rs turbo cvh

can i use the std injectors from the xr2i for around 160 to 170 bhp? .are the escort rs turbo the same as the frst manifold. because i have the escort rs turbo manifold.and also can i keep the xr2i fuel pump or do i have to change over to thr frst pump.ideas would be great.i no theres alot more to this but want to start with these questions first.thanks :-?
