cosworth fuel pump to a frst?

The fuel pump on my frst has sadly died :( , but i have heard that i can up grade to a cosworth. What does this involve? Also what cosworth, siera 2wd, 4x4, escort? Any help would be greatly recived.

small turbo escossie just fit it in ur pump carrier (just gest an uprated frst one ford want £230ish for a std cossie pump ) just get an uprated frst pump £135 from amber performance good for 350bhp
