anyone got any ideas on where to fit a 2wd cozzie intercooler? any ideas would be great.

i use a cheap citroen fan,
i dont have much room behind the bumper,

i think with a slim kenflow fan you dont have to cut the bumper

ok, ive got a escort turbo radiator and a T3 so its very restricted behind the bumper. did you cut out the centre section of the bumper to get more cold air?

yes,i removed the foam and the metal plate behind the bumper,
the inteercooler is a bit to broadly
it would be much better if you can weld the outlet to the upside.

2,1 ZT calibra pistons,stock rods,4wd turbo,
380ccm bosch injec.,dta ecu,......
i map the ecu myself,
its alot of work,but in 1-2month i want on the rolling road.
i hope ~260hp @ 1,2bar boost

all on the cheap way :)

sounds good mate, i need to get my chip mapped. at the moment its chipped to a 2.1 but im keeping the 1.6 cvh. aiming for 300bhp.
