upgrade to gt/mexico spec if it isnt already.

1300 pistons to raise the compresion.

full balance, port the head, stick a big cam in.

convert to electronic ignition using early fez stuff.

and finally big fek off twin carbs!!!!

hth

is it a 1600? if so your probably lookin at about 130bhp or so on twin carbs!

it may not sound enough but it will be enough to see off a hot xr2i no probs!

I HAVE THIS ENGINE IN A MK3 SHELL BUT WANT IT IN MINE, IS IT WORTH DOING THE CONVERSION OR JUST SELL THE OTHER FIESTA WITH THE CROSS FLOW ENGINE AND BUY A FIESTA TURBO ENGINE, AS I HAVE A TUNED 1.6 CVH IN MINE NOW SO THE POWER INCREASE FOR THAT AMOUNT OF WORK SEEMS POINTLESS...ANY IDEAS HOW MUCH I CAN GET FOR A MK3 SHELL WITH THIS 1.6 CROSSFLOW ENGINE, WITH ADJUSTIBLE SUSPENSION.
