Is there any reference guides to find this out??
Thanks, Edd.

Re: Cv grease measurement
If it's new they usually come with an appropriate amount in sachets in the box.
If it's 2nd hand then I lob as much as I can get in there after cleaning it out thoroughly.

Re: Cv grease measurement
They aint new, but been totally emptied of all grease in the powdercoaters so they are now bare.
Ive got 4 x sachets that come with the cv boots so ill use them but was just wondering if more is as bad as less, in the case of driveshafts cvs?? Can one put too much grease in them???
Thanks for the replies so far tho.

Re: Cv grease measurement
1 sachet per cv joint is sufficient, if you put too much in the pressure can force it out of the end of the boots and make a mess as it splatters over everything in sight!
