CVH alternator on Zetec Engine - which bracket?

CVH and Zetec tuning, suspension and braking mods.

CVH alternator on Zetec Engine - which bracket?

I've done search and found that on Zetec engine can put CVH alternator, but only with XR2 alternator bracket. Is CVH alternator can be used with ather bracket than XR2, cause I can't source one from XR2? May be CVH one?

hi i had this problem so i bought a package from trust electrical which constists of
alternator
bracket
belt

ive found the best method so far, is to use the std escort alternator bracket. Machine the 4 mounting holes into a +/- sliding tollerance 10mm so you can move the bracket about to get the best angle for the belt.

Also a re-worked tensioner arm would be a good idea.
