hi can any1 tell me, i have a std fez rs turbo but bottom end gone so is it possable to replace it with a 1.8 zvh bottom end if so is it a straight swap

Yes it can be done, no it's not straight forward.

You need to drop the compression and need an adapter plate for the CVH water pump as well as the tensioner wheel from the 1.3 CVH (iirc). To get the ZVH to work you will probably want to spend some cash on the head to get it flowing the gasses right to get the best from it.

Not on the 1.8 zetec bottom end steve as the compression ratio it produces with the cvh head is more than safe enough to run on stock pistons upto 18 psi, i got this information off freakpower a while ago and he assured us that it was more than safe if you didn't go beyond 17-18 psi, although you still need to carry out the other mods that have been mentioned.
