does anyone know which head the frst engine used?

can i use the 81SM6090? i think this was the mk2 XR2 MFi head, i know theres a difference between the heads but i wondered if this one shares the difference.. its supposed to have injector holes in the inlet manifold is that right? or the later EFi ones had them in the inlet ports. can anyone tell me the difference please and if i could use that head with a rst block?
