Hello, can some please explain about: Stage 1 , stage 2 etc cylinder heads?
Burton do a few for an 8v 2i. any one got [ERRR] reviews etc on them

What is there to explain? That either the head is done properly and flow is far better than stock, oorrrr "the man" just robbed your money. Done it well or don't do it at all.
