My 2i decided to shoot a spark plug out the other day, I'm gonna use a helicoil to fix the problem, but I'm thinking about replacing the head in a few weeks, maybe with a stage 1 or a stage 2. What does everyone think will be the best option, what power gains are there (my engines completly stadard at the mo) and wheres the best place to get heads. Also what sort of prices will I be looking at on an exchange basis.

Dave Baker at Pumaracing is probably a good place to start. He's built engines for championship winning cars. Otherwise, check out MotorSport News, for the small adds.
