Deflex wishbone bushes
hi guys
Has anyone ever fitted these on their car as i got a set of wishbones which already had them fitted from a ft member and it feels as if they are moving inside the wishbone but when i took them off for a closer look they look tight as.
Can anyone shed some light on this, also these wishbones have been cowboyed so you can adjust the camber by having the rivets drilled out and being replaced with bolts.i have to have them adjusted every week as they keep moving.
does anyone know where i can get some proper camber adjustable wishbones from and a rough price would be great
cheers guys

The design you have posted above is different to the ones that failed. It still looks as though a long section is left unsupported with a load applied half way along the tube.
The damaged wishbone isn't mine, I use Area Six wishbones, the arm photographed above belonged to Sunil:

Hum... something od about that lowerarm braking right there.
1- It seems more like that it was cut than braked.
2- It braked right next to the weld seam (too much ampere when welding will eat up the material... can't belive that someone like zoo motorsport would fail on this rookie bad weld problem)
3- the thread should have failed first before braking like that.
Was this problem resolved? Does the castor adjustable lower arms also experience this problem?

If you read the thread I've linked to above you'll see all the same comments made Can't remember the outcome of the situation, but the thread might tell you!
