in may's issue of performance ford it gives u a guide on how 2 fit diesel mounts to a mk3 fiesta. they say how good they r and u will feel the difference. im up 4 doin this but just wanna c if any1 from here has tried it. looks ok except u gotta drill new holes into the gearbox craddle.

I have them. I filed the tabs off the mount instead of drilling the cradle (only cos they came like that lol).

They seem to be up to the job of keeping the engine stable and still; bear in mind this is with a Zetec running without the front engine mount.

a diesel engine creates more torque at lower revs; so the engine is trying to turn harder and at lower revs, so obviously to stop the engine jumping out the bonnet ford made the mounts stronger
