if your still stuck for k&n elements check out http://www.filterpower.co.uk if u no the neck size of what u want ur sorted
they also have part numbers listed so you can get ur local K&n dealer to order the part if your not up for buying online?

By direct replacement filter I take it you mean element filter that fit staright into the O.E box.
