You don't need to drill for the Mocal ones like mine, just machine a couple of mm off the cap then they bolt straight on.

On MK3... When you take the fuel cap out with the key.. around the hole there is a plastic trim, black plastic trim.. This is removable and is only clipped in... Under which is USUALLY where rust hides...
Surely it would look stupid having a metal cap with a black plastic outer housing... like a frame..

I have one. £30 ford fair (£25 was a haggled price) We actually ran to get the last few, narrowly beating louise to snaffle the last one.. they are perfect, will post a pic soon

No these are standard replacement they slot into the place where the black plastic was and stay there, i didnt fit mine me will check it out though.
Are these the things we are on about? Look good i want one.

Yes i have since found someone selling them cheap on yahoo auctions !!!! goto yahoo auctions website and search for fiesta and it will be there
