I have Sparco front and rear strut braces. I got them from Demon Tweeks.
The front one is a devil to fit. The header tank needs a bit of incouragement(spl) to go back in. You will also need a right angle drill bit to drill the holes for the 4 rear bolts.
Lots of fun to fit, but they look good and i think they have made a difference.

Couple of things....I have been looking and they aint been hard to get hold of however I want a chrome one and can't be asked to buy one, get it done etc. If someone can get me one already done - I'll have it today + buy them a drink. Secondly I have Zetec but with CVH top, so EFI manifold is in the same place hence no problems.

Sunny.
Do you have any idea what 178.8mph feels like in a Fiesta? 2000 lb of pressure per square inch per second pushing back on your face. It feels like god himself is trying to rip the skin off your skull while someone lands a 747 on your chest.

I recently fitted an OMP one after much research - very nice piece of kit and a doddle to fit. Not sure about the yellow powder coating though, so I'll be getting it chromed!

I've got both front and rear OMP strut braces, the rear took about 2mins to fit!! deffinatly made a difference i found at high speed my FRST used to wonder a bit and feel a bit unsafe but its now so much more stable. I like a lot

I've got front and rear OMP strut braces - they fitted fine to my car (black car - mirror polished braces)

Makes the car feel a lot stiffer and more secure but don't both putting them on a car that has not been lowered

I am right in thinking that is it possible to get them for Zetec 16v's as well, possibly Sparco ones?
