does a standard FRST chatter ?
Obviousley [ERRR] a cone filter fitted running standard t2 at standard boost, will i get noticeable chatter or not ?

an that was through the standard t2 i remooved airbox to find extensive drilling has been going on i'll be on the lookout for a cone filter soon

i got a spare piperx one windle
i put me airbox back on now i used to get loads of flutter with it didnt know wot it was when i first got the engine lol

i got a chatter when used a cone filter and a stronger spring on my dumpvalve.
i have 2 springs for differant noises, and i was running standard boost

My advise is to keep the standard drilled air box and fit a K&N panel filter. You still get the flutter, but do suck in as much hot air.

windle u can have the filter for 20 of her majesties finest its a pipercross one (£20 pm me)

It's neither here nor there really. All the air going into the engine passes through a red hot turbo first anyhow.
If your intercooler is up to scratch it makes no difference whatsoever.
