Does An Upgrade From 1.1 To 1.6 Zetec Require...

Can anyone tell me if i need to change the whole wiring loom throughout the car if i swap over my 1.1 for a 1.6 16v Si Engine. My car is a fiesta N Reg Mk3.

Do i require to upgrade the gearbox aswell?

Shouldnt HAVE to but worth thinking about if you dont have the electric pack or socket for it!

You need to change the box really, Doubt the 1.1 one would last long and it will be a bit dodgey ratio wise!

KEEP THE 1.1 BOX JUST AS I DID AND ITS STILL GOING STRONG 6000 MILES LATER AND IT GETS ME A 16 SECOND QUARTER WITH MY 1.8 :Q
