yup, there is a guy works for stagecoach in my home town, he wont employ anyone more intelligent than him for fear they will take his job
when i got told about that i laughed thinking it was a joke, ive since heard from 3 more people its not a joke

that happens everywhere, my dad went for a enginnering job few years back and was more qualified than the guy interviewing him!
and the guy doing the interview had to ask my dad what some machines were that were listed on my dads CV stating he had worked on etc.

the guy did openly admit to my dad that he would be a threat to his job, in a joking way.

needless to say, my dad got a thanks but no thanks....

ye thats one of the other things we was talking about. about people being scared that somebody is going to come and take there job because there better at it.
ah well il keep you all posted when i get another letter telling me if they have found someone for me to work with or not!

another update,passed my doorcard last thursday, did my cctv test yesterday, pretty sure ive passed it, as its not rocket science,,,,

just got to wait for my certificates, and then i can send off for my licence and get on my way to working life again,, even if i get my licences back and what have you, i still cant work untill april, just means i got time to kill getting the fes back to road worthy ready for my first wage to be thrown in to tax insurance and mot,

who basicly look after all the tescos and waitroses n john lewis n shops like that,

started today,, is good

i got the job with the AA start on 12th april.
