get a blowtorch and give them a heat then hammer n chisel but they do snap mate ,just try not to bend the hinge on the car
If your scrapping the door mate might be easer to get in with the door grinded off

I've used a proper ford tool before and it's a pain, I norm use a big chisel and a club hammer.

If your lucky they won't take much beating to get out and the pins can be reused, believe it or not I found a 4 door at the scrappy once and had 3 doors off within 5 mins  only wanted the pins not the doors, the 4th door wouldn't budge.

On the other side of that, I've also had to get the oxy acetylene out and heat the whole hinge part until its glowing orange and beat the living fcuking $hit out of it to get the pin out.

The hinge on the car should not move, the door part shouldn't, but be carful and allow it to cool so it's not glowing before showing it who's boss.

Be prepared for a pin to come out in 2 maybe 3 bits, as they do sheer over the years, and what ever way you do it I expect the pins to be naffed at the end of it
