i keep getting a "time out" message,the site will say uploading in progress and about 25 mins later it comes up with this time out warning.are the pictures i am trying to upload to large??

right sparkey it may be that the pic you are uploading are more than 100kb in size!!! double check the pic properties and make sure they are less than the 100kb limit!!

P.S. just as an example my siggy is only 25kb and Mixon's above is only 22kb. hope this helps you.

make sure that the image is a jpeg also...if its still too big, then reduce the size in paint or something
