If you are drilling a airbox that sits on top of a carb you can take the box off, take the filter out and drill 10mm holes or larger near the top of the box around the side bearing in mind that if you put the top back on it may cover the holes slightly so all you need to do there is use a sharp knife and just cut of the bits that get in the way on the lid. the other thing you could do is drill three 5mm holes on top of each other and use a sharp knife to cut out a 5mm wide 15mm deep slot do that all the way round and there you have your induction kit!!!!! Cheap but does sound good. Just bear in mind that the filter will need changing more. Hope that answers your question.
