this mite sound like a stupid question to most but can you replace rear brake drums with discs?

ye think u can get conversion kits dunno how much they cost and what you would have to do about the handbreak

I know the fiesta centre do the conversion kit or u can use the zetec s rear beam and focus rear discs. Check the guides theres pretty much all da mods covered there

Fiesta centre do a kit which uses the solid front fiesta discs and cosworth rear calipers. This kit includes eveything you need except calipers, pads and discs but all the handbrake setup etc. is already there.

Escort xr3i 130 and rs200 rear dics will fit as long as you get all of the stub axles etc. with it but i think you have to do something with the handbrake cable, but im not sure.

Also if you fit a ZS rear beam you can use focus rear discs and there is a guide for this in the guides section.
